Synopsis

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and industrial management together form the backbone of quality assurance and operational excellence in pharmaceutical and allied industries. CGMP ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards, minimizing risks such as contamination, mix-ups, and deviations. This abstract explores the integration of CGMP principles—including facility design, equipment validation, personnel hygiene, documentation, and process control—with industrial management strategies such as production planning, inventory control, budgeting, and organizational structure. The synergy between regulatory compliance and efficient management practices enhances product safety, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Emphasis is placed on the role of leadership, human resource development, and continuous improvement in fostering a culture of quality. By aligning CGMP with industrial management, companies can achieve sustainable growth, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic global environment.
